Heidelberg Counseling

Heidelberg Counseling provides professional English-speaking counseling and coaching for expats and international residents in Germany. Led by Zoe Spranger, LCSW, the practice offers individual, couples, family, and group counseling for adults, adolescents, and older children. Services focus on areas such as expat adjustment, intercultural challenges, stress and emotion management, food and body concerns, life and career transitions, relationship challenges, and parent coaching. Counseling is available both in person in Heidelberg and online, with a collaborative, authentic, and goal-oriented approach tailored to each client’s needs.
